Day 1: Fly to Nairobi

Fly from your home country to Nairobi-Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will meet your safari leader for a warm welcome and briefing about your trip. Later, he will drive you to your hotel in Nairobi.

Day 2: Drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Have breakfast early in the morning and after, head out to Masai Mara National Reserve. On the way, make a stop at the Masai Villages and then proceed to the national reserve where you will have lunch at your desired lodge. Your afternoon will be spent exploring the reserve while on a game drive which gets you a chance to see the wildebeest, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, elands, birds, leopards, hyenas and many other wildlife species.

Day 3: Whole day exploration in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, embark on the whole day wildlife exploration in Masai Mara National Reserve. On a game drive, you will have a chance to catch a glimpse at diverse wildlife species including among others buffaloes, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, elands, birds, hyenas, leopards, lions. Day 5: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Today, you will have your breakfast and then briefing about gorilla trekking guidelines at Kinigi park headquarters. The briefing also includes allocating to you a gorilla group to trek and park ranger guide to take you through your adventure which lasts for about 2 to 4 hours. Volcanoes National Park is comprised of ten habituated gorilla families and only one will be trekked by 8 visitors. Once you have found mountain gorillas, you are given one hour for you to take pictures, learn about their behavior and have every fun with these rare creatures while in their natural habitat.
